Quincy Street in Ballston, according to a press release. In advance of the opening, the new studio is hosting pop-up community classes across Arlington over the next few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The studio is opening \u2018later this year\u2019<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The studio is set to open around December this year, studio owner and longtime barre3 instructor Amy McNamara told ARLnow.<\/li>\n<li>The new studio will join a few retail tenants on the ground floor of Liberty Tower, including Poppyseed Rye and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlnow.com\/2025\/04\/01\/life-alive-cafe-plans-for-september-opening-in-ballston\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Life Alive Cafe<\/a>, now expected to open in late fall.<\/li>\n<li>The barre3 workout includes components of cardio, strength training and breath work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Free classes scheduled through next month<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 12 barre3 pop-ups are scheduled through Tuesday, Oct. 7, at venues like Faith Lutheran Church, Clarendon Presbyterian Church and True Food Kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>Pop-up classes are 45 minutes each, and tickets are free on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/o\/barre3-arlington-113219127721\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eventbrite<\/a>. Guests should bring yoga mats, water and hand weights.<\/li>\n<li>The franchise has other nearby locations in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlnow.com\/2025\/04\/10\/arlington-fitness-entrepreneur-opens-new-barre3-studio-in-falls-church\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Falls Church<\/a>, D.C., Alexandria and Bethesda.
