{"id":230932,"date":"2025-09-16T08:39:10","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T08:39:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/230932\/"},"modified":"2025-09-16T08:39:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T08:39:10","slug":"lil-nas-x-in-treatment-after-arrest-hospitalization-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/230932\/","title":{"rendered":"Lil Nas X in treatment after arrest, hospitalization: report"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Grammy winner Lil Nas X is seeking treatment out of state after his naked run-in with law enforcement last month, according to multiple reports. <\/p>\n<p>Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Shellie Samuels said during a hearing on Monday that the 26-year-old \u201cDreamboy\u201d and \u201cIndustry Baby\u201d artist \u201cis allowed to remain out of state as long as he remains in treatment,\u201d <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/lil-nas-x-in-treatment-after-arrest-felony-charges-1235427591\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Rolling Stone<\/a> reported. The outlet  said Samuels modified the terms of the singer\u2019s release to account for the ongoing treatment. <\/p>\n<p>A legal representative for Lil Nas X (born Montero Lamar Hill) did not immediately respond to The Times\u2019 request for confirmation on Monday. <\/p>\n<p>The judge also did not disclose additional details about the singer\u2019s treatment, adding that \u201cit\u2019s private, nobody needs to know where he is, but he is in treatment,\u201d Billboard <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/lil-nas-x-in-treatment-arrest-police-attack-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hill, who broke out with his hit \u201cOld Town Road,\u201d was <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/story\/2025-08-21\/lil-nas-x-arrested-hospitalized-possible-overdose-studio-city\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">arrested last month in Studio City<\/a> on suspicion of charging at a police officer. He was also hospitalized for a possible overdose. At the time, officers responded to reports of a \u201cnude man walking in the street.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The Los Angeles County district attorney\u2019s office <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/music\/story\/2025-08-25\/lil-nas-x-naked-before-arrest\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">charged Lil Nas X with four felony counts<\/a> stemming from the incident: three counts of battery with injury on a police officer and one count of resisting an executive officer. Hill allegedly assaulted officers who were trying to take him into custody. At least three were injured, the L.A. County district attorney\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n<p>The musician pleaded not guilty on all counts and was released from a Van Nuys jail after posting $75,000 bail. He faces up to five years in state prison if convicted on all charges. <\/p>\n<p>Shortly after his arraignment, Lil Nas X reassured fans that he\u2019s \u201cgonna be all right\u201d and said the ordeal with law enforcement made for <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/music\/story\/2025-08-26\/lil-nas-x-breaks-silence-felony-charges-hospitalization\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a \u201cterrifying four days.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Hill\u2019s attorney Drew Findling spoke to Rolling Stone after Monday\u2019s hearing about the judge\u2019s mention of \u201ctreatment.\u201d \u201cWe\u2019re doing what is best for Montero in a personal standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly for his well-being,\u201d Findling says in video <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Nancy__Dillon\/status\/1967639396733292560\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">shared on X<\/a> by reporter Nancy Dillon. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is surrounded by an amazing family and amazing team of people that care about him and love him and we\u2019re just addressing those issues,\u201d Findling added. \u201cIt\u2019s really as simple as that.
