He allegedly shares the apartment with Wendy Garcia, the New York Department of Correction&#8217;s deputy commissioner for development and advancement.<\/p>\n<p>Rojas was first taken to 26 Federal Plaza, before being transferred to a jail in Orange County where he has been held for the past two weeks, according to records and law enforcement sources cited by The Daily News.
