Catalyze<\/a> has completed four community solar projects in central and western New York, developed in partnership with\u00a0<\/a>CS Energy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Phelps<\/p>\n

The four projects \u2014 located in Pavilion, Phelps, Fonda, and Fabius \u2014 total 27 MW. The installations were supported by New York State programs, including the\u00a0<\/a>Inclusive Community Solar Adder<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<\/a>Community Adder<\/a>, which help ensure reliable energy access to low-to-moderate income (LMI) subscribers and disadvantaged communities.<\/p>\n

Construction access and laydown areas were carefully managed so that farmland could return to its pre-existing condition, allowing landowners to continue farming outside the solar arrays.<\/p>\n

Our work with CS Energy shows what\u2019s possible when states, developers, and communities align,\u201d said Andrew D\u2019Amico, Chief Operating Officer\u00a0at Catalyze. \u201cThis milestone is about more than\u00a0megawatts,\u00a0it\u2019s about\u00a0taking action. We are seeing businesses move fast to lock in the long-term benefits and cost advantages of solar power while federal tax credits are still in place, with states offering incentives designed to expand\u00a0access.\u201d<\/p>\n
