JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 A new master-planned community will be coming to Jacksonville next year.<\/p>\n

The developer PARC Group announced on Tuesday that the first neighborhoods in the community, named EverRange, are expected to open in 2026.<\/p>\n

According to the PARC Group, the 1,000-acre community will be located off Philips Highway, between Nocatee and eTown, and will feature approximately 1,500 homes in its initial phase.<\/p>\n

Developers said the master-planned community will preserve half of its land for green spaces, shaded trails and native Florida foliage.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverRange envisions a lifestyle that balances contemporary convenience with Old Florida charm,\u201d said Chris Pilinko, President of The PARC Group. \u201cWe are creating a community that celebrates nature, fosters connection, and embraces everyday living at its best.\u201d<\/p>\n
