Deadly crash on Joeandy Road (WJXT)<\/p>\n
A man died early Monday morning when he lost control of his Ford Mustang and hit a tree on Joeandy Road North, the Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n
Police said the crash was reported at about 2:30 a.m., nearly two blocks east of Girvin Road.<\/p>\n
According ot JSO, a man in his mid-30s was driving on Joeandy Road North when he lost control and hit a tree in the center median.<\/p>\n
He died at the scene.<\/p>\n
This is the 114th traffic fatality in Duval County this year, JSO said. It was the third in less than 6 hours overnight.<\/p>\n
The other two involved motorcycles.<\/p>\n
