The new chip will be announced on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsmarena.com\/dcs_dimensity_9500_will_launch_one_day_before_snapdragon_8_gen_2_elite-news-69018.php\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">September 22<\/a>, one day ahead of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. But it won\u2019t be the only notable chip inside the X300 phones \u2013 vivo will also integrate its in-house V3+ imaging chip.<\/p>\n<p>This chip will allow the vivo X300 phones to record cinematic portrait video at 4K 60fps. This will be a \u201cfirst for both Android and Apple phones,\u201d says Han Boxiao. The latest iPhone 17 series does cinematic portrait video at 4K but only at 30fps \u2013 as do the outgoing vivo X200 phones. This allows for fast computation on tasks such as focus tracking \u2013 the X300 series will be able to achieve millisecond-level motion tracking and shutter response.<\/p>\n<p>The Dimensity 9500 will make the vivo X300 series the first phones to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsmarena.com\/vivo_x300_series_key_specs_and_antutu_score_revealed-news-69452.php\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">crack the 4 million points barrier<\/a> on AnTuTu, as seen in a screenshot shared by Han last week.
