One of Miami\u2019s hottest social media stars is suing her Colombian pop singer ex for allegedly leaking a graphic sex tape<\/a> of them together.<\/p>\n

But the pop sensation\u2019s response is sparking backlash. He says he\u2019s innocent \u2014 and far too famous to bother with such an attention grab.<\/p>\n

Isabella Ladera, 26, hit 23-year-old singer Be\u00e9le in Miami-Dade County Monday with claims that he leaked an X-rated clip of the former couple getting steamy, which spread \u201clike a wildfire\u201d across the internet.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe video went viral, and for Ladera the earth stood still,\u201d her lawsuit read, describing the moment she realized the video had been leaked on Sept. 7 as \u201cshocking.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ladera \u2014 who commands a massive audience of 6.5 million followers on Instagram and another 5.6 million on TikTok \u2014 alleged that she and Be\u00e9le were the only people who ever held the explicit footage.<\/p>\n

Since she had deleted hers and never sent it to anybody, the singer must be the source of the leak.<\/p>\n

Be\u00e9le is accused of leaking a sex tape of him and his ex-girlfriend \u2014 but claims he\u2019s too famous to bother with that. Getty Images<\/p>\n

\u201cI am profoundly devastated. An intimate and private moment was leaked without my consent, in an act that represents one of the cruelest betrayals I have ever experienced,\u201d Ladera wrote in a statement on Instagram<\/a>. \u201cThat video was only in the hands of two people: the other person and me.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Be\u00e9le \u2014 real name Brandon de Jes\u00fas L\u00f3pez Orozco \u2014 flat-out denied the allegations, saying he had no need for the kind of attention a sex-tape would bring. <\/p>\n

\u201cHis artistic career and international prestige preclude any need or interest in such events,\u201d his attorneys wrote in a statement on social media that was lated deleted. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe categorically reject the circulation on social media and digital platforms of an intimate video that violates the privacy and dignity of the individuals involved,\u201d Be\u00e9le\u2019s attorneys added.<\/p>\n

Ladera claimed Be\u00e9le released the tape because she was doing well after their break-up. Instagram\/@isabella.ladera<\/p>\n

Be\u00e9le, however, has just 3.9 million followers on Instagram \u2014 not bad, but more than 2.5 million fewer than Ladera.<\/p>\n

The couple began dating around 2023 as both were ending long-term relationships, Ladera\u2019s lawsuit reads, and would film themselves having sex \u201cat Be\u00e9le\u2019s request\u201d to share with one another.<\/p>\n

\u201cLadera never thought that these videos would ever be shared with anyone let along published to the world,\u201d the lawsuit read.<\/p>\n

\u201cLittle did she know that the trust would one day be broken.\u201d<\/p>\n

In May 2024 when they were still dating, Ladera told Be\u00e9le that she had deleted her videos and asked him to do the same \u2014 but was surprised when he refused, and even \u201cquestioned her trust in him,\u201d the lawsuit read.<\/p>\n

Be\u00e9le and Ladera dated from 2023 to 2025 \u2014 and the sex tape emerged months after their relationship broke down. Instagram\/Isabella Ladera<\/p>\n

Their relationship soured over the following year<\/a> \u2014 with Be\u00e9le\u2019s ex-wife at one point sharing images on social media of his phone with texts he\u2019d allegedly sent Ladera while he was married, the lawsuit read. <\/p>\n

The pair split by March 2025.<\/p>\n

But two months later Ladera claimed she was approached by people who told her they\u2019d been sent screenshots of the sex tape, and cautioned her that a full video might be released. She said she contacted Be\u00e9le\u2019s management and that the matter seemed resolved \u2014 only for the video to later appear online.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only other person who Ladera knew had the videos, Be\u00e9le, had made his intentions clear when he refused to erase them,\u201d the lawsuit alleges. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe refusal to erase the videos, coupled with the apparent easily accessible nature of his phone, establishes that Be\u00e9le is the source of the leaks.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ladera says she\u2019s \u201cprofoundly devastated.\u201d Instagram\/Isabella Ladera<\/p>\n

Ladera \u2014 who is seeking damages for<\/a> invasion of privacy, sexual cyber-harassment, and other claims \u2014 took it a step further in a lengthy social media post where she accused her ex of \u201cviolence against women.\u201d<\/p>\n

She said he attempted to expose her in the \u201clowest possible way.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis act not only violates my privacy, it also attacks my dignity and has caused immense pain \u2014 to me, but also to my family,\u201d wrote Ladera, who is a mother to a young daughter.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am not the shame of this story. The shame belongs to the one who betrayed me. I am still here, standing, with my head held high. For me. For my family. And for all the women who have been victims of a narcissist,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Be\u00e9le could not be reached for comment.<\/p>\n
