Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at City Park with the Ofrendas & Oto\u00f1o Festival, a vibrant gathering featuring artisan markets, food trucks, live music, cultural performances, yoga and salsa dance classes, and children\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n
At the heart of the festival is the exhibition \u201cOfrendas \u2014 Art as Living Memory\u201d, curated by Ariel Esquivel. This exhibition highlights the tradition of the ofrenda as a powerful symbol of remembrance, love, and cultural identity. Through painting, mixed media, and installation, artists reflect on ancestry, memory, and the ways we honor those who came before us.<\/p>\n
Participating artists include: Ariel Esquivel, Junanne Peck, Ivette Ramos-Levy, Kimberly Barnel, Surtzy, Armando Aguirre, Enrique Fernandez, Alejandra Gamez, Jules Rincon, Jackie Claudet-Mitterer, Tonya Russell, Charles James, Martha Anderson, Angeles Garcia Aguilar, Monica Barrera, Jeane Elliott Clayton, Hermila Cuevas, Juan Cornejo (Project Zero), Vanessa Daly (Dos Santos), and Keorah Strain.<\/p>\n
