Jimmy Kimmel<\/a> called out Vice President JD Vance<\/a> for a claim he made this week while filling in as podcast host for Charlie Kirk<\/a>, who was shot and killed<\/a> in Utah last week.<\/p>\n

Vance, he said, \u201cpointed his little mascara-stained finger directly at the left,\u201d then rolled footage of the vice president making a wild claim. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhile our side of the aisle certainly has its crazies, it is a statistical fact that most of the lunatics in American politics today are proud members of the far left,\u201d Vance said, falsely<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Kimmel wasn\u2019t about to give the vice president a pass. <\/p>\n

\u201cAnd by statistical fact, he means complete bullshit,\u201d he said, pointing out that the Justice Department itself has concluded<\/a> that the far right is the greatest source of domestic terror and extreme violence.<\/p>\n

But that report recently vanished<\/a> from the department\u2019s website, Kimmel noted. <\/p>\n

\u201cHere\u2019s a question JD Vance might be able to answer: Who wanted to hang<\/a> the guy who was vice president before you?\u201d Kimmel asked. \u201cWas that the liberal left or the toothless army who stormed the Capital on January 6th?\u201d<\/p>\n
