Bell held on to his car and won the race.<\/p>\n<p>The 2025 Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol was an important moment in the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs. Bell\u2019s win was his fourth of the season and secured his advancement to the Round of 12.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bell retained the lead after Keselowski\u2019s big bump, held his line through Turns 3 and 4 and crossed the finish line 0.343 seconds ahead. I could not believe he had the balls to hit him that hard. Bell missed turns one and two; that\u2019s what allowed him to even get close. That just tells you the advantage that leaders got. When second place hits you that hard and it doesn\u2019t even move your car hardly, yikes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Hamlin had a rough evening and ended up 31st due to a wheel falling off his \u211611 Toyota. That resulted in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nascar.com\/news-media\/2025\/09\/16\/cup-series-playoffs-2025-penalty-report-post-bristol\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">two-race suspension for two crew members<\/a> under the safety violation rules.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Still, Hamlin is a strong playoff contender.
