Alfajores? Chocolate chip? Gingerbread? We want all of them for this year\u2019s Holiday Cookie Bake-Off, an L.A. Times tradition revived for 2025. <\/p>\n<p>The Food section is accepting recipe submissions starting today and until Monday, Oct. 13. <\/p>\n<p>Volunteer student bakers from the culinary arts program at <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/california\/story\/2025-08-05\/la-ed-trade-tech-culinary-school\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Los Angeles Trade-Technical College<\/a> will prepare finalists\u2019 cookies for a panel of judges in early November. <\/p>\n<p>Judges will choose the best cookie recipes, to be published in the Los Angeles Times in December. Those whose recipes are chosen for publication will be invited to the L.A. Times Test Kitchen for a tour and photo shoot. <\/p>\n<p>Fill out the form and include your recipe; a photo of your cookies, if you have one; and a paragraph telling us about your holiday cookie. <\/p>\n<p>Do you love baking, eating and sharing holiday cookies as much as we do? Have a favorite holiday cookie recipe? Maybe you\u2019ve been baking your family cookie recipe every year for as long as you can remember?
