\u201cYou guys literally tear at my heartstrings because I can see how much this means to you. \u2026 That was brilliant. Brilliant,\u201d judge and former Spice Girls singer Mel B told the group.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think you guys make being in a choir the most cool thing in the world. I mean, I forget you\u2019re a choir,\u201d fellow judge and former \u201cModern Family\u201d star Sofia Vergara said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think this act might be the act,\u201d judge Simon Cowell said, \u201cthat has progressed the most, I would say. \u2026 I just really, really, really, really like you.\u201d<\/p>\n
Winning \u201cAmerica\u2019s Got Talent\u201d comes with a $1 million grand prize.<\/p>\n
The choir had a certain amount of notoriety locally before appearing on \u201cAGT\u201d \u2014 from taking the stage at the Democratic National Convention last summer, to performing at Millennium Park\u2019s Holiday Sing-Along this past December, to singing for the city of Chicago during Black History Month \u2014 but the \u201cAGT\u201d platform is its biggest yet.<\/p>\n
The young men caught the attention of the show\u2019s scouts after an Instagram video of their singing was posted by CBS Chicago in early 2024. The rest is history.<\/p>\n
Leo High School will return to the \u201cAmerica\u2019s Got Talent\u201d stage next week for a culminating performance.<\/p>\n
