Founded in 1999 by saxophonist and composer Ernest Dawkins, the fest <a href=\"https:\/\/englewoodjazzfestival.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">\u201chas become a viral platform for creative expression and cultural unity on Chicago\u2019s South Side\u201d<\/a> and this year also marks the 60th anniversary of the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians.<\/p>\n<p>The fest features Ernest Dawkins, Adegoke Steve Colton, Renee Baker, The Young Masters, Jovia Armstrong, Isaiah Spencer and more. Clark St., and Chicago Filmmakers,\u00a01326 W. Hollywood Ave.<\/p>\n<p>Reeling, the world\u2019s second-longest-running LGBTQ+ film festival, is back this weekend for its 43rd edition.
