All trains in Center City are on the move but operating with significant delays.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 SEPTA (@SEPTA) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SEPTA\/status\/1968819211548918009?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">September 18, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A spokesperson with SEPTA told NBC10 that the trains were stopped as a precaution because there was a burning type of smell in the tunnel. <\/p>\n<p>AS of 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, the Regional Rail lines are moving again but there are still significant delays. <\/p>\n<p><strong>This is a developing story.
