James shared his essentials, \u201cCommunication is number one. Being honest is number two. And number three is, like, you have to be okay with being uncomfortable in relationships sometimes and you can\u2019t always have it your way, it\u2019s not gonna work that way.\u201dThe couple, who share three children\u2014 Bronny, Bryce, and Zhuri\u2014 recently celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary.
