The actor, 59, made rare comments about 28-year-old Bieber, praising her massive success<\/a> with her makeup and skincare line, Rhode.<\/p>\n \u201cI never talk about her, but my daughter has done the impossible, relatively,\u201d he said on Tori Spelling\u2019s podcast, \u201cMisSPELLING,\u201d<\/a> Tuesday. \u201cBut in this day and age, in the last 10 years, it\u2019s not impossible.
