Credit: Courtesy Photo \/ Chef Jason Dady<\/p>\n<p>Chef Jason Dady has added yet another new concept to the small-but-mighty food hub at the Rock at La Cantera \u2014 Lil\u2019 Bros BBQ Shack.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A successor to Two Bros. BBQ \u2014\u00a0which is still open and thriving on the North Side \u2014\u00a0Lil\u2019 Bros serves up familiar Two Bros.\u2019 classic beef brisket and pulled pork in addition to newcomers such as Mac Dady grilled cheese, smoked brisket tacos and elote cream corn with Flamin\u2019 Hot Cheetos. <\/p>\n<p>Diners at the new spot, which officially launched this Thursday, also can pair their meat selections and sides with inventive sauces such as the beer-infused Shiner Molasses, the mustard-based Golden Blaze and the gochujang-spiked Guava Lava.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Lil\u2019 Bros followed the debut of Ice Ice Dady, a shaved Hawaiian ice stand at the Rock at La Cantera, this June. Now, Dady has three food and drink concepts at 1 Spurs Way: Roca &amp; Martillo, Ice Ice Dady, and Lil Bros BBQ.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dady is a frequent Food Network culinary competitor \u2014\u00a0he\u2019s appeared on programs including BBQ Brawl and the hit series Beat Bobby Flay \u2014\u00a0and he\u2019s has been an Alamo City culinary fixture for decades.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Other Dady restaurants around town include Tre Trattoria in the River North district, Range in downtown San Antonio and Mexico Ceaty, a yet-to-open River Walk food hub focused on south-of-the border
