If you were planning to buy a physical copy of Taylor Swift<\/a>\u2019s upcoming album, \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl,\u201d<\/a> which is set to be released on Friday, Oct. 3, we have some exciting news. Target<\/a> will be opening select stores at midnight local time on the album\u2019s release day, so you can get your hands on the highly anticipated 12-track album right as the clock strikes midnight.<\/p>\n

The stores participating will offer the standard CD and vinyl edition of \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d as well as three exclusive CD editions only available at Target and Target.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

About 500 stores across the country will be participating, per Variety<\/a>. Luckily, 13 of these stores (ahem… Swift\u2019s favorite number!) are located in Upstate New York.<\/p>\n

Below, we\u2019ve listed the locations of these Target stores so you can share them in the group chat and start planning. If you\u2019re not in Upstate NY, you can use this store locator<\/a> to find the nearest participating Target store near you.<\/p>\n

Target will sell 4 different CD editions of \u2018The Life of a Showgirl\u2019<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re looking to pick up the \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d CD during your late night\/early morning Oct. 3 shopping trip, there will be four different editions available at Target \u2014 all of which can be pre-ordered now for an Oct. 3 delivery<\/a>. Each version retails for $14.99 and features distinct album artwork along with an exclusive poster. Three of these editions are Target exclusives, meaning they are not sold anywhere else. There is a limit of four copies per customer.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: Sweat and Vanilla Perfume\u201d edition<\/p>\n

The first CD version available is \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: Sweat and Vanilla Perfume\u201d edition. This is the standard edition that will be available at all stores on release day. The CD cover depicts Swift submerged underwater, with only her face visible, while adorned in a bejeweled, crystal-lined bikini. The album title \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d appears in sparkly orange text. Inside, fans will find a double-sided folded poster showing pictures of Swift, as well as a collectible 8-page booklet featuring never-before-seen photos. Preorder it here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: It\u2019s Frightening\u201d edition<\/p>\n

The second CD version is the \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: It\u2019s Frightening\u201d edition, which is only available at Target. The CD cover shows Swift in a black bodysuit, appearing to hop over a row of seats in a theater with her hair slicked back. The album title is written in sparkly maroon text. \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: It\u2019s Rapturous\u201d edition<\/p>\n

The third CD version is \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: It\u2019s Rapturous,\u201d which is also exclusive to Target. The CD cover shows Swift leaning on a chair illuminated by green light while wearing a black wig with a feathered boa. \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d is written in sparkly periwinkle text. The final CD version available is \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: It\u2019s Beautiful\u201d edition, which again, is a Target exclusive. Swift is seen wearing a bejeweled bodysuit complemented by a matching headpiece on this CD cover. She is photographed sitting down and has one finger in her mouth. The album title is written in sparkly silver text. This edition also includes the double-sided folded poster and collectible 8-page booklet with never-before-seen photos. \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: Sweat and Vanilla Perfume\u201d VINYL edition<\/p>\n

Looking for the vinyl version? Target will also be selling \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d vinyl, which only comes in the \u201cSweat and Vanilla Perfume\u201d edition. This vinyl is not exclusive to Target and is priced at $34.99. It features the same artwork as the CD edition of the same name, and comes with a translucent orange vinyl with gold glitter.
