JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 Future homebuyers will have the opportunity to get one step closer to owning a home during a three-day event at Edward Waters University.<\/p>\n

From Friday to Sunday, NACA, the nation\u2019s largest HUD-approved nonprofit homeownership and advocacy organization, will bring its free \u201cAchieve the Dream\u201d event to Jacksonville.<\/p>\n

\u201cToo many people in Jacksonville are backing out of buying a home because they think it\u2019s impossible. NACA takes away that fear with the lowest fixed rate, no down payment, and no fees \u2013 empowering working people to finally achieve the dream of homeownership,\u201d said Bruce Marks, CEO of NACA. \u201cWe give homebuyers the tools, the advocacy, and the Best in America Mortgage to make affordable homeownership not just a dream, but a life-changing reality.\u201d<\/p>\n

NACA, the nation\u2019s largest HUD-approved nonprofit homeownership and advocacy organization, is bringing its renowned Achieve the Dream event for homebuyers in Jacksonville. (NACA)<\/p>\n

Organizers said homebuyers will be able to complete the following four steps in just one day.<\/p>\n

    Personalized Counseling:<\/b>\u00a0Meet one-on-one with a NACA HUD-certified housing counselor.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Mortgage Qualification:<\/b>\u00a0Meet with a NACA Mortgage Specialist to qualify for NACA\u2019s Best in America Mortgage or the next steps.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
