The woman reportedly refused to comply with officers\u2019 commands and has not dropped the weapon.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, both the northbound and southbound lanes of I-45 have been shut down, causing traffic delays in the area. Authorities urge drivers to avoid the area while the situation remains active.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
