Unlike baby boomers who\u00a0embraced existing institutions to get rich and live a comfortable life, the younger generations do not feel that institutions\u2014which are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanprogress.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2012\/12\/CorakMiddleClass.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"Go to https:\/\/www.americanprogress.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2012\/12\/CorakMiddleClass.pdf\" class=\"sc-4f49155c-0 hLtviE\">perceived as cumbersome, hierarchical, and a source of inequality and discrimination<\/a>\u2014can improve their situation.
