Taco Cabana says they are proud to host this event for the first time ever.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our iconic Bean and Cheese Tacos have been a fan-favorite for decades, and now they\u2019re taking center stage to help us reinforce what has made Taco Cabana a beloved dining destination for nearly half a century,\u201d said Ulyses Camacho, President and COO of Taco Cabana. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we recognize 47 years in business, we are proud to unveil a one-of-a-kind spectacle that\u2019s unlike anything we\u2019ve ever done before \u2013 a celebration that features world-class eaters, the electric thrill of a Guinness World Record attempt and the kind of global exposure that takes Taco Cabana to new heights.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>James Webb came in second place with 48.5 tacos and Gideon Oji came in third with 32.
