{"id":242503,"date":"2025-09-20T22:53:13","date_gmt":"2025-09-20T22:53:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/242503\/"},"modified":"2025-09-20T22:53:13","modified_gmt":"2025-09-20T22:53:13","slug":"million-dollar-neighborhood-celebrates-grand-opening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/242503\/","title":{"rendered":"Million-dollar neighborhood celebrates grand opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>PHOENIX \u2014 A new neighborhood that will consist of eight homes, starting at $1.6 million apiece, is celebrating its grand opening in midtown Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>The Viridian neighborhood is located near the intersection of <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/XP1S42W86kKtB8Mr9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">14th Street and Bethany Home Road<\/a>, and will host a celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27.<\/p>\n<p>Camelot Homes are the builders of the community.<\/p>\n<p>The builders offer two different floor plans, each with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage.<\/p>\n<p>One of the plans offers a second-story flat with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and optional full kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>The homes were designed by the Woodley Architectural Group and each home will come with a walk-in closet, laundry room, quartz countertops, walk-in pantries, wood floors, an ornamental iron pivot door, sliding glass door, covered patio, stone and siding detailed exterior and butterfly roofs.<\/p>\n<p>The butterfly roof is also a feature of the community sales office.<\/p>\n<p>The grand opening will have handcrafted gelato from Frost Gelato and it will give potential buyers an opportunity to tour the community and sales office.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"twitter-follow-button\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/tomkuebelaz\" data-show-count=\"false\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Follow @tomkuebelaz<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We want to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;\">Have a story idea or tip?
