The development will add four apartments in three separate buildings, a few blocks from Berkeley Bowl West. <a href=\"https:\/\/sfyimby.com\/category\/4terra-investments\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">4Terra Investments<\/a> is listed as the project sponsor, filing on behalf of the property owners.<\/p>\n<p>The project is expected to yield around 8,170 square feet across all buildings, averaging between 1,450 square feet and 2,330 square feet. Parking will be included for four cars. Illustrations show that the project will incorporate elements of residential vernacular and reflect the neighborhood\u2019s industrial vernacular. Each project will include pitched roofs clad with corrugated metal siding.<\/p>\n<p>Two Berkeley-based individuals are listed as the property owners. Demolition will be required for the existing unoccupied single-family home. The 0.14-acre property is located along 8th Street between Grayson Street and Heinz Avenue.
