It\u2019s been almost a year since Suzanne Simpson went missing and authorities charged her husband Brad Simpson with her murder. Now, the couple\u2019s $1.2 million Olmos Park home is being put up for sale, MySA reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Suzanne Simpson was last seen alive Oct. 6 after leaving a party. Sometime before 11 p.m., a neighbor observed the married couple having a heated argument which the neighbor said turned into a physical altercation in front of the house, the Express-News reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

That was the last anyone saw of Suzanne Simpson. Brad Simpson was later indicted for her murder, though the body still hasn\u2019t been recovered.<\/p>\n

Now, a judge has granted the executor of her will permission to sell the couple\u2019s opulent residence, 520 E. Olmos Drive, in a private sale.<\/p>\n

The four-bedroom, five-bath home has remained vacant since the Suzanne Simpson\u2019s disappearance, its stone exterior indicating a comfortably wealthy existence in a quiet suburb.<\/p>\n

The interior of the house straddles opulence and comfort. In the backyard, a spacious veranda overlooks a large pool. <\/p>\n

The house was jointly owned by Brad and Suzanne Simpson, MySA reports<\/a>. However, Brad Simpson signed over his half of the ownership to the executor of Suzanne\u2019s will, Richard M. Kleberg IV, and the trusts for their children. The couple still owed $680,000 on the house they bought in 2014, the online news outlet reports.<\/p>\n

Kleberg stated in court that the property\u2019s sale was needed to cover the mortgage and other expenses accrued in handling Suzanne\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n

Brad Simpson has remained behind bars since his Oct. 10 arrest. <\/p>\n
