An Australian reporter was taken aback by one bombshell confession from Charlie Sheen on 60 Minutes Sunday night.<\/p>\n
The actor, 60, sat down with Channel 9 journalist Amelia Adams on the current affairs program as he hits the publicity trail for his\u00a0new tell-all memoir,\u00a0The Book of Sheen, and Netflix documentary\u00a0aka Charlie Sheen.<\/p>\n
The former\u00a0Two and a Half Men\u00a0star revealed, at the height of his drug use, he was cut off from his drug supply by a Mexican cartel.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe cartel cut you off?\u201d a stunned Adams asked.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey did,\u201d Sheen answered. \u201cThey had never seen someone acquiring that kind of weight, you know, and so the only other people that they were delivering that kind of weight to were dealers, and they thought I was dealing on the side.\u201d<\/p>\n

Adams then asked Sheen if rumours he once smoked \u201c7g of crack cocaine\u201d in one sitting were true.<\/p>\n
\u201cWell, we never like took one out of the pipe and put it on a scale,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cHowever, yeah, that was the amount that was cooked to get it into that form. I remember at one point the\u00a0Jaws\u00a0moment, \u2018Uh, we\u2019re going to need a bigger pipe.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Sheen giggled, adding, \u201cIt\u2019s kind of funny, no?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Adams met the star with laughter, replying, \u201cIt is funny, but it\u2019s also, you are lucky to be alive.\u201d<\/p>\n
Sheen, once the highest paid actor on TV earning $1.8 million per episode on the comedy sitcom\u00a0Two and a Half Men, was sensationally axed by Warner Bros and CBS in 2011 after a string of public outbursts.<\/p>\n
Most notably, he lashed out at the show\u2019s executive producer Chuck Lorre, whom he\u2019s since mended bridges with.<\/p>\n

Among the sprays, Sheen told TMZ in February 2011 he \u201cviolently hated\u201d Lorre, dubbing him \u201ca stupid, stupid little man\u201d before proceeding to challenge him to a fight.<\/p>\n
Sheen, who is now eight years sober, told Channel 9 he \u201cregrets\u201d how his eight-year stint on the series ended.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was an imperfect storm of way too much stuff going on behind the scenes in my personal life. And I had back-to-back failed marriages. And then in the middle of all that, [I was] still trying to be front and center for my children, you know,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cI went through two divorces and had four children in an eight-year run on that show.\u201d<\/p>\n
