MILWAUKEE (Sept. 22, 2025)<\/strong> \u2013 Tickets for the highly anticipated Milwaukee Hoops Showdown, featuring a marquee men’s college basketball doubleheader between Wisconsin and Villanova as well as Milwaukee and South Dakota State, will go on sale Wednesday at 11 a.m. CT\/ 12 p.m. eastern via www.ticketmaster.com<\/a> and \u00a0www.fiservforum.com\/showdown<\/a>. The games are scheduled for Dec. 19 at Fiserv Forum in downtown Milwaukee.

\nFans can also register to gain access to a 24-hour presale, which begins Tuesday, by visiting \u00a0www.fiservforum.com\/showdown<\/a>. Each ticket will grant admission to both games of the doubleheader.
\n\u00a0
\nMilwaukee will take on South Dakota State at 4 p.m. CT. The Wisconsin vs. Villanova matchup is slated for 7 p.m. start time, with a TV designation announced at a later date.

\nIt will be the third all-time meeting between Wisconsin and Villanova, with the Wildcats defeating the Badgers in 1995 and Wisconsin earning an NCAA Tournament second-round victory over top-seeded Villanova in 2017.

\nMilwaukee owns a 5-1 lead in the all-time series against South Dakota State and won five straight contests from 2004-10. South Dakota State emerged victorious in the most recent encounter in 2016 by a score of 81-58 in the Sanford Pentagon Showcase event.
