The San Diego County Sheriff&#8217;s Department said a company &#8220;accidentally mixed two chemicals incorrectly and a gas cloud formed.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Although an evacuation order has not been officially issued, the sheriff&#8217;s department told NBC 7 they have evacuated some businesses and residents.<\/p>\n<p>Video from SkyRanger 7 showed what appeared to be a group of workers outside Caliber Collision, an auto repair shop, although it was unclear if that&#8217;s where the hazardous materials incident occurred. <\/p>\n<p>At least one person appeared to be receiving medical attention and an ambulance could be seen arriving at the scene.
