She averages 4.88 per game. The freshman also has 70 serving aces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Crutcher was named AVCA\/MaxPreps High School Player of the Week earlier in September. In just over a month, Crutcher has become an integral part of Mansfield\u2019s offense. <\/p>\n<p>Peyton Smith, Duncanville, 2029, outside hitter<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">As a freshman, Smith leads Duncanville in kills with 416 \u2014 the second-most in Class 6A this season. Her 5.33 average kills per set is also the third-best in Class 6A. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">She\u2019s also contributed 264 digs, 32 aces and 17 blocks. <\/p>\n<p>Aleah Edmond, Flower Mound, 2028, outside hitter<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">This season marks Edmond\u2019s second year on varsity, and she\u2019s already reaching her freshman numbers a month into the season. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">She has 299 kills, 62 digs and 46 blocks. Edmond has helped Flower Mound to a 4-0 start in District 6-5A. <\/p>\n<p>Brazos Allred, Richardson, 2029, outside hitter<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Allred has 227 kills, 260 digs and 47 aces. The freshman averages 2.87 kills per set and 3.29 kills per set. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">She\u2019s been a bright spot on a Richardson team that has struggled this season with a 17-14 record. <\/p>\n<p>Trynity Alsaid, Mesquite Poteet, 2028, setter<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In her sophomore season, Alsaid has helped lead Mesquite Poteet to a 4-0 district record. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The setter has recorded 220 kills, 282 assists and 252 digs. She\u2019s also contributed 31 aces and 41 blocks, proving her versatility. <\/p>\n<p>Taylor Toomay, Highland Park, 2028, outside hitter <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Toomay has posted 207 kills, 178 digs, 30 aces and 27 blocks. She averages 2.33 kill per set and two digs per set. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Toomay, along with other Highland Park sophomore standout Sarah Floyd, have established a formidable young core. <\/p>\n<p>Maya Ogbogu, Allen, 2028, outside hitter<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In her second year on varsity, Ogbogu has continued to be a backbone for Allen\u2019s offense. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Ogbogu led Allen to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/high-school-sports\/volleyball\/2024\/11\/15\/led-by-freshman-maya-ogbogu-allen-upsets-keller-in-5-sets-to-book-spot-in-state-semifinal\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/high-school-sports\/volleyball\/2024\/11\/15\/led-by-freshman-maya-ogbogu-allen-upsets-keller-in-5-sets-to-book-spot-in-state-semifinal\/\">state semifinal spot<\/a> last year behind a stellar fifth set performance. She pushed the score from 12-8 to 14-8, recording critical kills to keep Allen in the game. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Last season, Ogbogu was named PrepVolleyball\u2019s High School Player of the Year. She was also a MaxPreps All-American. During her sophomore campaign, Ogbogu has 333 kills, 171 digs, 33 blocks and 14 assists through 83 sets. <\/p>\n<p>Sarah Floyd, Highland Park, 2028, opposite hitter<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In her sophomore season, Floyd has 252 kills, 153 digs, 53 blocks and 29 aces. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The 6-foot-3 sophomore has become an intricate part of Highland Parks\u2019 team, which is 26-8. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/high-school-sports\/volleyball\/2025\/09\/17\/volleyball-area-rankings-917-no-1-byron-nelson-extends-winning-streak-to-62-matches\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/high-school-sports\/volleyball\/2025\/09\/17\/volleyball-area-rankings-917-no-1-byron-nelson-extends-winning-streak-to-62-matches\/\">The Dallas Morning News\u2019 area rankings<\/a>, Highland Park is ranked second among Class-5A and other districts. <\/p>\n<p>Aubrey Tennell, Richardson, 2029, setter<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Through 70 sets played, Tennell has recorded 416 assists, averaging 5.9 per game. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">In early September, she was nominated for Freshman of the Week after a 35 assist, 11 dig performance in a 3-0 win over Hillcrest.<\/p>\n<p>Ryleigh Montgomery, Frisco Heritage, 2028, opposite hitter<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Montgomery has recorded 195 kills, averaging 2.75 kills per set.
