PHOENIX<\/strong> – Phoenix Police have arrested a man in connection with a violent sexual assault that took place last month<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n What we know:<\/p>\n Luis Tapia, 24, is accused of multiple charges, including attempted murder, kidnapping, sexual assault and aggravated assault.<\/p>\n According to court documents, a woman was found unconscious and bloody in an alley on Aug. 14 with serious injuries and broken bones near 46th Street and Oak Street<\/strong><\/a>.
