They are available in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallascountyvotes.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/VR-Online-Application-English.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">English<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallascountyvotes.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/VR-Online-Application-Spanish.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Spanish <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallascountyvotes.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/VR-Online-Application-Vietnamese.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Vietnamese<\/a>. They should be mailed or turned in to the Dallas County Registrar of Voters: 1520 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX, 75247.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Applications can also be picked up at libraries, tax offices and other government buildings. Find a full list <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arcgis.com\/apps\/dashboards\/3855f3ef21fa48a290dfd009836c5d23\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Collin County voters can fill out an online application in English <a href=\"https:\/\/vrrequest.sos.texas.gov\/VoterApplication\/ConfirmStatusEN\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> and Spanish <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sos.state.tx.us\/elections\/voter\/reqvrspanish.shtml\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>. It must be printed and submitted by mail or in person to the Registrar of Voters: 2010 Redbud Blvd., Suite 102, McKinney, TX, 75069. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">If someone doesn\u2019t have access to a printer, they pick up an application at the elections offices or<a href=\"https:\/\/vrrequest.sos.texas.gov\/VoterRegistration\/AddRequestEN\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> can request<\/a> a no-postage form be mailed to them. Just note the county in which you are seeking to register to vote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Organizations like the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lwvdallas.org\/content.aspx?page_id=4001&amp;club_id=341406\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lwvdallas.org\/content.aspx?page_id=4001&amp;club_id=341406\">League of Women Voters<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/dallasnaacp.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NAACP <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/lulac.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">LULAC <\/a>often host voter registration drives to help people get signed up.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">People who are already registered voters but need to change their name or address can do so <a href=\"https:\/\/txapps.texas.gov\/tolapp\/sos\/SOSACManager\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Remember that to be eligible to vote, a person must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of the county where they intend to vote and at least 18 years old (or 17 years and 10 months to register). People with felony convictions are not eligible unless their sentence, probation and parole are complete.
