SAN ANTONIO – Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a driver who fatally struck a pedestrian this weekend.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) released a post on Facebook, asking for the public’s help in finding a hit-and-run driver.<\/p>\n

According to BCSO, a pickup described by investigators as a white 2018-2021 Toyota Tundra fatally struck a male pedestrian before speeding away from the scene.<\/p>\n

This collision happened around 1 a.m. on Sept. 21, along Texas Highway 16, near McCaughan Road, just outside of Poteet.<\/p>\n

Investigators say the truck should have heavy damage to the front right side, specifically the passenger side, and is missing a part from the fender and right headlight.<\/p>\n
