Dallas\u2019 OneRyan Global has taken a minority stake in Fort Worth-based Mr Gatti\u2019s Pizza in what OneRyan said is a continuation of its investment and commitment to the Mr Gatti\u2019s Pizza brand.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Founded by Amanda S. Ryan in 2018, OneRyan Global is the family office of Ryan founder, Chairman, and CEO G. Brint Ryan and his family.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe began our journey with Mr Gatti\u2019s in 2022, and we\u2019ve had a terrific experience as operators of multiple Mr Gatti\u2019s Family Entertainment Centers,\u201d Amanda S. Ryan, CEO of OneRyan, said in a statement. \u201cWe love the history, the nostalgia, and the margin profile of our Mr Gatti\u2019s restaurants, and we\u2019re making this investment to be closer to the Mr Gatti\u2019s Pizza brand. We believe the future is very bright for Mr Gatti\u2019s, and it\u2019s certainly the most fun investment we manage.\u201d<\/p>\n

The amount of the minority investment was not disclosed.<\/p>\n

OneRyan, which supports the investment, philanthropic, and personal needs of the Ryan family, manages a wide range of investments and business interests including real estate, hospitality, private equity, and various operating companies.<\/p>\n

Mr Gatti\u2019s Pizza first opened in 1964 as The Pizza Place in Stephenville.<\/p>\n

Its 1969 move to Austin came with a name change that paid tribute to the wife of founder James Eure\u2019s maiden name: Gatti. By the 1970s, the Mr Gatti\u2019s chain was experiencing dramatic growth, having introduced the idea of high-quality dining and gaming combined in a single location.<\/p>\n

In 2015, Mr Gatti\u2019s relocated its headquarters to Fort Worth following its acquisition by Fort Worth-based private equity firm Sovrano LLC.<\/p>\n

Mr Gatti\u2019s has more than 234 restaurants open and in development throughout Texas and the Southeastern U.S.<\/p>\n
