Gearbox\u2019s \u201chope\u201d is to align the release of the Nintendo Switch 2 version \u201cwith the addition of cross saves,\u201d though it\u2019s unclear when that feature might be added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">Borderlands 4 launched on September 12th for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X \/ S. The game has come under scrutiny for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=kRWW6qwjFBA\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">performance<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcgamer.com\/hardware\/i-fixed-borderlands-4s-stuttering-issue-by-upping-my-shader-cache-size-to-100-gb-which-feels-like-something-i-shouldnt-have-to-do-in-a-well-optimised-game\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">issues<\/a>, and Gearbox released a patch <a href=\"https:\/\/borderlands.2k.com\/borderlands-4\/update-notes\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">last week<\/a> that \u201cimproves stability\u201d on PC.
