A process server was arrested outside Travis Kelce<\/a>\u2019s home after allegedly attempting to serve\u00a0Taylor Swift<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>deposition papers on behalf of\u00a0Justin Baldoni<\/a>\u2019s lawyers tied to the It Ends With Us director and actor\u2019s legal dispute<\/a> with Blake Lively<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n PEOPLE can confirm the man, identified as Justin Lee Fisher, 48, was arrested in the early hours of Sept. 15 after being suspected of jumping a fence into the Kansas City Chiefs tight end\u2019s gated Leawood, Kansas estate.\u00a0<\/p>\n The newly engaged couple<\/a>, both 35, were believed to be in their residence at the time. Fisher was allegedly charged with “jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood.”<\/p>\n Details of the incident were allegedly missing from the one-page police report, which reportedly stated in bold letters, \u201cThis information is restricted as to use and dissemination,\u201d according to Star<\/a>, the first outlet to report the news.\u00a0<\/p>\n TheStewartofNY\/GC Images<\/p>\n Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.<\/p>\n On Sept. 13, PEOPLE reported<\/a> that Swift is unlikely to be deposed in the legal battle.<\/p>\n Lewis J.\u00a0Liman, the U.S. District judge overseeing the case, declined Baldoni\u2019s request for a 30-day extension of the discovery cut-off date, Sept. 30 (Lively’s extension request to Oct. 10 was granted).<\/p>\n Baldoni\u2019s attorney Bryan Freedman had asked for the extra time to depose Swift, who he claimed in a Sept. 11 letter to Judge Liman was willing to do so.\u00a0He wrote that the \u201cBad Blood\u201d singer<\/a>\u00a0\u201chas agreed to appear for deposition, but couldn’t until Oct. 20 due to her “preexisting professional obligations.\u201d\u201d<\/p>\n But Swift \u2014 who is releasing her 12th studio album,\u00a0The Life of a Showgirl,<\/a>\u00a0on Oct. 3 \u2014\u00a0did not agree to a deposition<\/a>, an attorney for the superstar fired back in a letter the same day.<\/p>\n \u201cMy client did not agree to a deposition, but if she is forced into a deposition, we advised (after first hearing about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule would accommodate the time required during the week of October 20 if the parties were able to work out their disputes. We take no role in those disputes,\u201d the attorney wrote.<\/p>\n Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni<\/a>, her\u00a0It Ends with Us\u00a0costar and director, as well as his Wayfarer Studios colleagues, publicist and crisis PR team last December.
