\u201cKahlo: The Family Legacy,\u201d sponsored by SMU\u2019s Department of World Languages and Literatures, will be in the auditorium in Frances Anne Moody Hall, 6404 Airline Road in Dallas.<\/p>\n
Cristina Kahlo, an artist and photographer, will speak about the iconic Mexican painter<\/a>, who was known for her surrealist and magical realist artworks that often drew inspiration from nature, Mexican folk art and indigenous culture. <\/p>\n Anyone who wishes to attend the free event can register on the school\u2019s SMU360 website<\/a>.
