Best known for its Tsukemen in Japan, this flavorful dish will be a new treat for most Manhattenites. Unlike traditional Ramen, which combines noodles and broth – Tsukemen serves handmade noodles on the side, encouraging customers to dip the noodles into a savory broth before enjoying with a slurp. The chewy noodles, though dunked for a few moments, absorb the liquid, transporting the customer from bustling New York to Tokyo one spoonful at a time.<\/p>\n

For those looking for something more familiar – Yasubee will also be offering the more traditional Shiyo and Miso Ramen, alongside various small plates like steamed gyoza, karaage, shishito peppers, and chilled furikake edamame.<\/p>\n

Best thing to have alongside some mouth watering Tsukemen? Thirst quenching drinks. Yasubee features a full bar, serving a selection of curated cocktails inspired by the flavors of Tokyo. For those looking to elevate their dining experience with beer, fans can choose between a Matcha IPA, Yuzu Ale, or selection of other imported and domestic beers.<\/p>\n

Right on the edge of 8th Avenue and 26th Street, Yasubee is serving serious authenticity with a fresh, playful, modern approach that is new to the Ramen scene. With bright, bold colors to match their flavors – Yasubee will be running Grand Opening Specials all weekend long, including a Free Dessert with any Entree, a Buy One Get One Free offer on any drinks – and best of all, all customers who walk in will have the opportunity to play and win various prizes and plates from the Yasubee staff.
