Newlyweds Jesse McBee<\/a> and Alli Ventresca<\/a> of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys<\/a> can\u2019t get enough of their first child, daughter Summer Leigh McBee<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The farmer and wife spoke exclusively to Bravo\u2019s The Daily Dish<\/a> about the moment they found out they were expecting a baby, something they kept secret \u2014 even from their friends and family \u2014 for a while. As much as the pregnancy was \u201ca happy surprise for both of [them],\u201d they shared as part of the joint interview, it was as surprising for the fans of The McBee Dynasty who learned about Summer\u2019s April birth via Instagram, months after their wedding on the Season 2 finale.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The couple said it \u201calmost didn\u2019t feel real until we got that first ultrasound,\u201d a moment Jesse previously said happened before their October wedding (more on that in a sec).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Continued the couple to The Daily Dish, \u201cNavigating parenthood has been another big life change for us, but we are doing it together and learning more about each other every day, only to strengthen our relationship. Summer has been the biggest blessing for us.\u201d<\/p>\n

How Jesse McBee and Alli hid her pregnancy on Season 2<\/p>\n

Those who were surprised by Summer\u2019s birth were even more stunned to learn that Alli hid her pregnancy as cameras rolled. Privately, the news came to the high school sweethearts amid mounting stressors ahead of saying \u2018I do,\u2019 including high-stakes prenups<\/a>, discussions on where they would live<\/a>, and Jesse\u2019s cold feet<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it was just pent-up anxiety from, obviously the wedding, the years of us dating \u2014 and what a lot of people don\u2019t know is that we had just found out that we were having a [baby] girl,\u201d\u00a0Jesse revealed to \u00a0Us Weekly<\/a>. \u201cWe didn\u2019t tell anybody [in] the camera crew, [or] really any of our family at all \u2026 So, it was all of that just kind of came to a head. And I had to let it out somehow.\u201d<\/p>\n

Alli shared photos of their new bundle of joy on April 19, two days after Summer\u2019s birth. What\u2019s more, Summer was born on Alli\u2019s 30th birthday. She shared on IG, \u201cI have no words to describe what it feels like becoming a mother, and seeing the love of your life become a father. My heart has never been so full.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Jesse and Alli in their recent interview, Summer is growing by the day. As they told The Daily Dish, \u201cShe is starting to develop her personality, learning new skills, and growing so fast right now. We may be biased, but she is just the cutest!\u201d<\/p>\n

Summer arrived just months after her cousin, Cole McBee<\/a> and Kacie Adkison<\/a>\u2019s daughter\u00a0Blair Collins McBee<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Where are Jesse and Alli McBee living now?<\/p>\n

ICYMI, Jesse hoped to stay closer to the family\u2019s farm in Gallatin, Missouri, while Alli hoped to live closer to Kansas City some 70 miles away. In their city home, Alli would be close to her family and near her place of work as a nurse practitioner. The argument \u2014 even before news of the baby \u2014 was nearly a dealbreaker, but together, they found a way.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re splitting our time between our two homes, but just doing it together,\u201d they told The Daily Dish. \u00a0<\/p>\n

As the new Mrs. McBee explained, \u201cWe will stay up at the farm on most weekends and sometimes during the week when I have a day off, and then stay in our city house the other days. We have found this just works best with our schedules and with the baby now.\u201d<\/p>\n
