The event, held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025, will take place at CNY Works, located at 960 James St. in Syracuse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"J3WYMGKFGRFWZKRENX24AOHEZ4\">Job seekers will be able to explore industries, learn about positions and network with actively hiring companies. Employers participating in the event can demonstrate their commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion while accessing motivated talent to strengthen their workforce. Participation is free for both job seekers and employers. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"GAXVISWFF5F3PBHMUQJLIVCDOU\">While the fair is tailored for adults with diverse intellectual and physical abilities, experiences or access needs, all community members are welcome.
