Carlos Alcaraz is looking to win a third successive title at Wimbledon this year. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Alcaraz is currently on an 18-match winning streak<\/a> ahead of Wimbledon this year, where he will be the second seed behind Jannik Sinner.<\/p>\n

This includes Alcaraz winning Queen\u2019s<\/a>, Roland Garros<\/a> and the Italian Open<\/a>, and he will look to make it four titles in a row at the grass court major.<\/p>\n

While many things appear to be positive for Alcaraz<\/a> at the moment, he has admitted that there is one thing that people really get wrong about tennis players.<\/p>\n

When speaking to Hypebeast ahead of Wimbledon<\/a> this year, Alcaraz was asked many different questions about himself and tennis.<\/p>\n

One of those asked to Alcaraz concerned what he thought was the biggest misconception about tennis players.<\/p>\n

After giving the question some consideration, Alcaraz revealed that he sometimes hears that people say tennis players are not that kind, something he believes is certainly not the case.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat they are not kind,\u201d said Alcaraz. \u201cI, I hear a lot of things that, I mean this tennis player is, how can I say? Is bored or is not kind to the people. So I, I\u2019m going to say this is a big, big lie.\u201d<\/p>\n

While this is something that he wanted to clarify, Alcaraz is often praised by tennis fans<\/a> for his behaviour both on and off the court.<\/p>\n

A more light hearted question addressed to Alcaraz concerned another sport he would play if he was not a professional tennis player.<\/p>\n

Alcaraz could not pick just one and suggested that football and golf would be his two choices.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old said, \u201cIf I had to pick another sport I would love to be a football player or a golf player.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Alcaraz recently took to the golf course with Andy Murray<\/a> after his Queen\u2019s<\/a> victory, but revealed that he actually did not win his round against the recently retired Brit.<\/p>\n

The five-time Grand Slam champion will need to quickly divert his attention back to the tennis court, as he opens up Wimbledon\u2019s Centre Court against Fabio Fognini on Monday, June 30.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
