Former managing director Clint Corn is replacing Prewitt as CIO.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cI hired Billy in 2008 and have worked closely with him for over 17 years. The property is located at 4210 Fairmount St. and is three miles from downtown Dallas.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Firm lands new McKinney HQ<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Watson Branding and Marketing has signed a seven-year, 8,200 square-foot lease at 551 E. University Drive in McKinney.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Dominus Commercial Vice President Brian Gehrisch brokered the deal. The building should be finished in February 2026, which is when the lease will begin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Dominus Commercial is a Dallas\u2013Fort Worth-based commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, and advisory services. <\/p>\n<p>Law firm relocates Dallas office<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Law firm Perkins Coie plans to relocate its Dallas office to the Quad, a newly developed Class A office building in Uptown.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The firm will occupy 19,000 square feet and the new office is set to open in mid-2026, the firm said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">\u201cWe continue to make strategic investments in our Dallas presence and client capabilities, and our new offices will serve to further our continued growth in the city,\u201d Jill Louis, Perkins Coie\u2019s Dallas office managing partner, said in a statement. \u201cThe unique space and amenities at The Quad will enable us to continue attracting high-caliber legal and business talent in a collaborative and client-centric workspace.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Construction begins at McKinney apartments<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Dallas-based Mill Creek Residential has started construction on its new mid-rise McKinney apartment tower, Modera Ridgeline.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The project broke ground in the spring and will feature 325 apartments. It\u2019s the firm\u2019s second apartment development within the 491-acre Ridgeline master-planned community. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">The property is adjacent to Modera McKinney Ridge, which welcomed its first residents in April. First move-ins at Modera Ridgeline are anticipated for fall 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Modern Ridgeline is located at 4230 N. Hardin Boulevard and features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
