On Saturday, he posted a picture on Instagram wearing it next to his son Deion Jr. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery little step I take My son @deionsandersjr has been there so we\u2019ve decided to keep on stepping!\u201d Sanders wrote in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DLcsMW3sUKW\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">the post Saturday<\/a>. \u201c#CoachPrime coming to a stadium sold out soon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Deion Sanders wearing a weighted vest as he recovers from an unknown health issue. Instagram @deionsanders<\/p>\n<p>In a separate post on June 26, Sanders used his health status to promote an energy drink sponsor in the same weighted vest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c1 step closer Everyday,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI\u2019m Walking it out! Our Team is working their butts off therefore I\u2019ve got to match that (fire) they have!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Hall of Famer has been absent from his job since April, missing Colorado\u2019s annual youth and high school camps in June which is on his contract as official duties. Sanders captioned it \u201cI Smile baby because I\u2019m here and I still have a chance.\u00a0#CoachPrime\u00a0#GeandHitta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The timeline of his return remains unclear.
