At least two witnesses told deputies that they saw a man ignite the trash in a trash can near the store.<\/p>\n<p>The trash can was the only property that sustained damage, deputies said. Santee firefighters promptly extinguished the fire.<\/p>\n<p>The man was arrested after two witnesses identified him to deputies, officials said.
