She converted 4-of-6 field goal attempts. She was SEC Tournament MVP in 2014 and a two-time First-Team All-SEC standout during the 2014-15 season. The former Lady Vol was selected in the first round of the 2015 WNBA draft (No. 12 overall) by Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p>Chicago (5-11) defeated Los Angeles (5-12), 92-85, on a day when former Lady Vol <a href=\"https:\/\/volswire.usatoday.com\/story\/sports\/college\/volunteers\/lady-vols\/2024\/04\/29\/candace-parker-announces-basketball-retirement-from-wnba\/78969450007\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:Candace Parker;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">Candace Parker <\/a>had her jersey number retired by the Sparks. She recorded six points, one rebound and one assist. Jackson converted 3-of-11 field goal attempts. The former Lady Vol is in her second professional season after being selected in the first round of the 2024 WNBA draft (No. 4 overall) by the Sparks.<\/p>\n<p>Mercedes Russell played three minutes for Los Angeles and missed her lone field goal attempt.
