Olivia Rodrigo<\/a> was joined by The Cure<\/a>\u2019s Robert Smith during her headline set at Glastonbury Festival<\/a> in England on Sunday evening (June 29).<\/p>\n The \u201cVampire\u201d singer was headlining the festival for the first time, having made her debut performance at the festival in 2022 on the Other Stage where she was joined by Lily Allen. On Sunday she headlined the larger Pyramid Stage, following sets on the previous nights<\/a> from The 1975 and Neil Young.<\/p>\n More from Billboard<\/strong><\/p>\n Midway through her set she addressed the crowd to introduce what she described as \u201cperhaps the best songwriter to come out of England and a personal hero. I f\u2014ing love England and its bands like The Cure that made me fall in love with England.\u201d<\/p>\n Smith, clad in a sequinned hoodie, joined her on stage to perform two iconic songs from The Cure\u2019s back catalogue \u2014 1992\u2019s \u201cFriday I\u2019m In Love\u201d and 1987\u2019s \u201cJust Like Heaven\u201d \u2014 to a rapturous reaction from the crowd. Watch the performance here<\/a>.<\/p>\n The Cure have headlined the festival in previous years, most recently in 2019.<\/p>\n Rodrigo\u2019s 90-minute set came on the festival\u2019s final night and saw her run through her hits for a packed crowd.
