(Photo by Jonathan Moscrop\/Getty Images)\"   fetchpriority=\"high\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1200\/800;max-width:1200px\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Allianz Juventus Stadium (Photo by Jonathan Moscrop\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<p><\/a>              &#13;<\/p>\n<p>Juventus have announced a much-reduced annual loss of \u20ac58.1 million for the 2024-25 season, while confirming plans for a \u20ac110 million capital increase backed by Exor to stabilise the club\u2019s finances.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.juventus.com\/en\/news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">The Bianconeri<\/a>\u2018s deficit was down sharply from the \u20ac199.2 million loss recorded the previous year, helped by a return to the UEFA Champions League, participation in the FIFA Club World Cup and significantly higher revenues from player trading.<\/p>\n<p>Figures released on Friday showed revenues from players\u2019 registrations rose to \u20ac109.7 million, compared to just \u20ac34.1 million in 2023-24, while participation in UEFA competitions alone boosted turnover by more than \u20ac75 million. Shareholders\u2019 equity fell to \u20ac13.2 million, down from \u20ac40.2 million a year earlier, while net financial debt rose to \u20ac280.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>To address this, Juventus will proceed with a capital increase of up to \u20ac110 million, fully underwritten by Exor, with shareholders set to vote on the proposal at the AGM on 7 November 2025.
