{"id":258882,"date":"2025-09-27T13:58:11","date_gmt":"2025-09-27T13:58:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/258882\/"},"modified":"2025-09-27T13:58:11","modified_gmt":"2025-09-27T13:58:11","slug":"man-dies-after-potential-medical-episode-while-driving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/258882\/","title":{"rendered":"Man dies after potential medical episode while driving"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SAN ANTONIO &#8211; A 53-year-old man died Friday night after crashing his vehicle along the US 281 North access road near Loop 1604.<\/p>\n<p>The crash happened around 9 p.m. when the man lost control of his 2005 Volvo, striking traffic signs on a concrete island before coming to rest in the middle of the intersection.<\/p>\n<p>According to the San Antonio Police Department, witnesses told officers the driver may have suffered a medical episode before the crash.
