{"id":259339,"date":"2025-09-27T18:06:26","date_gmt":"2025-09-27T18:06:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/259339\/"},"modified":"2025-09-27T18:06:26","modified_gmt":"2025-09-27T18:06:26","slug":"heavily-armed-maniac-bashes-border-agents-car-in-nyc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/259339\/","title":{"rendered":"Heavily-armed maniac bashes border agent&#8217;s car in NYC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A heavily-armed driver allegedly rammed his vehicle into a border patrol agent\u2019s car in Midtown before being chased by the agent and police \u2014 who discovered a frightening arsenal that included armor-piercing bullets, sources said.<\/p>\n<p>The Friday night mayhem unfolded around 9 p.m. when the 29-year-old slammed a Dodge Durango into the off-duty U.S. Customs and Border Protection worker\u2019s unmarked vehicle at East 36th Street and Madison Avenue near the Empire State Building, police sources said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Dodge driver kept going, prompting the NYPD and the agent to give chase.<\/p>\n<p>When they caught up with the motorist a few blocks away law enforcement allegedly found a scope, a handgun and extra ammo cartridges with the words \u201cLevel 3+\u201d scrawled on it, which police believe means the ammo pierces body armor, according to the sources.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:2.69473684;display:block\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"37230903\" width=\"1024\" height=\"380\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/tina-moore-evening-fri-sept-112254824.jpg\" alt=\"Two marked magazines, one with the inscription &quot;OHHH PLZZZ LEVEL&quot;, found in a vehicle belonging to an individual arrested for drunk driving.\" class=\"wp-image-37230903\"  \/>One of the bullet cartridges found in the Dodgte Durango had \u201cLevel III +\u201d scrawled on it, which police believe means the bullets were body armor piercing.
