EMMY PARK<\/p>\n<p>From apps like salmon jerky to plates of beef and sweet potatoes or turkey with blueberries, and even a coconut-ty \u201cpuppuccino\u201d for dessert, meals will start at $9 for a three-course prix-fixe \u2014\u00a0paws-itively a steal next to the restaurant\u2019s usual $42 lobster dinners and $31 grilled salmon plates. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSea Wolf itself is already a dog destination, so we thought, why not make Sea Wolf even more pet friendly,\u201d restaurant rep Angelica Vergel told The Post. \u201cWe want to make sure every pet feels special when they\u2019re there \u2014 just like their humans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The move <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/02\/25\/lifestyle\/pet-wellness-and-tech-exploding-in-hopes-of-keeping-fur-babies-alive-forever\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reflects a significant recent uptick<\/a> in pet parents clambering aboard the woof-y wellness train.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we take more care of ourselves, we want to take more care of our dogs and what they eat,\u201d Vergel said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cSea Wolf itself is already a dog destination, so we thought, why not make Sea Wolf even more pet friendly,\u201d restaurant rep Angelica Vergel told The Post. EMMY PARK<\/p>\n<p>Popular pet food maker Ollie, known for fresh and nutritious dog food using \u2018human-grade\u2019 ingredients, has programmed Sea Wolf\u2019s menu to feature some of their greatest hits. Brand chef Bryan Angolia told The Post the turkey is his personal favorite.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know that pet parents love to experience life with their dogs, and routinely take their dogs to restaurants with them,\u201d Angolia said. \u201cIf your dog has a little bit anxiety or gets bored easily, it\u2019s good to have that meal in front of them so they have something to do while you\u2019re eating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sea Wolf will boast a dedicated team catering strictly to the new menu, using a separate fridge with fresh ingredients that will be delivered weekly, Vergel said.<\/p>\n<p>The specialized Sea Wolf x Ollie pup menu is pictured. EMMY PARK<\/p>\n<p>The arf-inducing news comes as dining out in the Big Apple increasingly resembles a trip to the dog park, and New Yorkers demand more and more space and accommodations for their fur babies.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s long been controversy around whether or not four-legged friends <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/04\/25\/dogs-land-fda-ruling-on-joining-owners-outdoors-at-restaurants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">belong in restaurants<\/a> \u2014\u00a0some people love <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/02\/23\/lifestyle\/east-village-locals-rally-together-over-closing-of-dog-cafe-boris-amp-horton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">making a furry new friend over dinner<\/a>, while others absolutely do not. <\/p>\n<p>Due to the balancing act between federal Americans With Disabilities Act rules and city Department of Health regulations, there has also been a wave of non-service dogs dining at restaurants that are only for service animals or are a \u201cno pets allowed\u201d establishment.<\/p>\n<p>Rocky is seen excitedly smiling for the camera ahead of tucking into some high-end hound cuisine.
